Free-of-charge systems inspection during the warranty period
We offer complimentary system inspectios to our customers during the warranty period to ensure that the systems stay in optimal operating conditions. The systems’ performance, operating history, application analysis, and statistical breakdown; systems upkeeps and repair are readily available as well to customers needing maintenance support.

Our systems inspection program is summarized as follows:
- Custom-develop a monthly inspection plan for the customer, for optimal service satisfaction.
- Rigorous track the systems’ operating history and set parameters.
- Check equipment and parts.
- Regeneration and performance evaluation
- Remedial consultation and assistance support are available in the event of any abnormality.
- Provide inspection reports to customers. The reports are stored, and archived.
Standing by 24/7
We know very well the critical role played by the pure water system during the customer's production activity experience; when issues occur in pure water systems operation, the production process will be disrupted, posing tremendous losses, in particular, for some semiconductor-related industries, equipment operation takes time to resume, which compounds the adverse impact. That being said, we make sure to stay on standby at all times to ensure timely services. Behind these services is the pure culture created by our long-established system and the company's policy of highly cooperating with customers.

The systems engineer will be responsible for providing the maintenance support during the warranty period. After which, the maintenance, will be turned over to TAIPURE’s maintenance team engineer. A preferential plan will become active to customers who sign a maintenance contract, to ensure that optimal service support is readily available.

For most of our customers, they need their production line running swimmingly around the clock, and that is why TAIPURE makes sure to stand vigil, providing necessary assistance and support readily in the event of an emergency. TAIPURE’ emergency hotline is on standby 24 hours a day, especially during the off-hours and the middle of the night. You can count on TAIPURE for thoughtful and immediate operation solution and support.

Following the consultation on the emergency hotline, we can, of course, provide specific supportshould the occasion call for emergency repair. While these are rare occurrences, they cannot be entirely ruled out, and that is why .TAIPURE is always prepared to fill in with every possible solution.
Sufficient stock for material and spare parts
Adequate manpower and engineering support and materials have to be in place for any customer contingency. That being said, TAIPURE has a specific inventory for commonly used materials, pipe fittings, valves, filter materials, ion exchange resins, RO membranes, UF/RO replacement membranes, and even electronic control parts. In addition, TAIPURE will provide reasonably-priced consumables or parts to ensure that our customers’ water treatment systems are running swimmingly.
