Free system inspection during the warranty period
We provide a complimentary system inspection during the warranty period to ensure the systems operate well and in their best condition. We mainly inspect the systems’ performance, running records, analysis, and comparison; we assist our customers with system maintenance and repair work.

The summary of our implementation of the inspection system is as follows:
- Develop customer's inspection plan, and make a routine inspection every month
- Record system operating data and set parameters
- Check equipment and parts
- Regeneration and performance evaluation
- If there is any abnormality, provide suggestions and assistance
- Provide inspection reports to customers, store, and archive
24/7 service
We know very well the critical role played by the pure water system in the customer's production; once the pure water system has a problem, the production process will be interrupted; especially for some semiconductor-related industries, the restoration of equipment requires more time to resume operation, So the impact is more serious. Therefore, we are always on call at any time to ensure that we can provide customers with timely service. Behind these services is the pure culture created by our long-established system and the company's policy of highly cooperating with customers.

The system project engineer will be responsible; after the warranty period, it will be carried out by our maintenance team engineer. If the customer signs a maintenance contract, TAIPURE will provide a more favorable maintenance plan to ensure that the customer receives the best service the first time.
24-hour emergency call
The production line is always running around the clock; therefore, our guardian must also be with you, providing necessary assistance and support immediately when an accident occurs. The emergency call provided by TAIPURE to customers is on standby 24 hours a day, especially after getting off work, even at midnight; we can also provide immediate service.

After the consultation on the emergency hotline, if necessary, we can, of course, provide substantial emergency repair work. For these situations that are not easy to happen but may happen, TAIPURE has prepared for customers and established a consistent system to respond to customer needs from time to time.
Sufficient stock for material and spare parts
To provide customers with immediate services and allocate human resources, materials are also needed to deliver effective services truly. Therefore, TAIPURE has a specific inventory for commonly used materials, pipe fittings, valves, filter materials, ion exchange resins, RO membranes, UF/RO replacement membranes, and even electronic control parts. In addition, TAIPURE will provide customers with reasonable prices and high-quality services for all consumables or parts required by the water treatment system.
